Jo Boaler (Stanford Professor and co-founder of youcubed ) has been working with a wonderful film maker called Sophie Constantinou. They have created a short movie (below) of students explaining what is important to their mathematics learning. Thank you for all you do to ensure that our learning environment reflects part two of the video not part one. In Jo's words, "Viva La Revolution!"
Interested in continuing your math journey? Jo has another online course. It will open in June but you can pre-register now, to get news of the release date. It is completely self-paced and can be taken at any time. You can pre-register here.
The Elementary PSA and parent community wish to demonstrate their appreciation for all that you do for our children. Please bring your appetite and head to the MPR tomorrow for what promises to be an incredible spread of food.
